Trust score, as the data uses it
Two valuations can show the same figure and deserve different weights. The trust score makes that visible. It combines the size of the sales sample behind the local index, the provenance of the floor area (an energy certificate, a measured building geometry or a fill) and the model's confidence for the property, into one score a reader can act on.
A low trust score does not mean the number is wrong; it means the number rests on little, and a decision that leans on it should look for more evidence first. A report that quotes the value should quote the score beside it.
