AI-Generated Content

Nature of AI Outputs

The Service utilises artificial intelligence to generate property analysis, market insights, recommendations, and other outputs (“AI Outputs”). You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Outputs are informational only: They are not professional advice (financial, legal, surveying, or otherwise) and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any property investment or business decision.
• AI Outputs may contain errors: While we strive for accuracy, AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.
• No guarantees of accuracy: We do not warrant that AI Outputs are accurate, reliable, complete, or current. AI technology is inherently probabilistic and outputs may vary.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use AI Outputs. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.

Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, content, branding, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Robospien Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

AI Outputs

Subject to these Terms, you may use AI Outputs generated through the Service for your own business purposes. We do not claim ownership of AI Outputs generated from your inputs. However, due to the nature of AI technology, similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use such feedback without obligation or compensation to you.

Data and Privacy

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robospien Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.
• Your Content or any data you submit through the Service.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account and stop using the Service at any time. Cancellation of a paid subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required by law. We may also terminate the Service entirely with reasonable notice.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal requirements. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including AI-Generated Content, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

For significant changes, we may also provide notice by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
