What sourcing_owners answers
Uses the bulk HM Land Registry corporate and overseas ownership registers, so it names companies, public bodies and overseas entities. Individually owned titles are not in the bulk data and come back unresolved — that is a gap in the free register, not a failed lookup, and naming an individual requires a paid per-title purchase which this tool does not make.
