Index factor between two dates
time_adjustmentThe index factor that carries a price from a past date to today for a postcode district: the from- and to-period index levels, the multiplier and which index it came from. The same arithmetic the valuation applies to each comparable — use it to bring a sale price of your own up to date. `postcode` is a full UK postcode (only the district is used); `from_date` is YYYY-MM-DD; `lookback_years` 1–20. UK only.
