land_assemblyThe parcels adjacent to one parcel and who owns each — the first question of a site assembly. Returns each neighbour with its area, land use, constraints and registered proprietor, plus a `combined` block: total area in m² and hectares, the number of distinct owners, how many neighbours already share the subject's proprietor (the parcels needing no second negotiation), how many have no linked owner, and every constraint present across the whole assembly.

What land_assembly answers
Address the subject by parcel_id, inspire_id, title_number or uprn. Adjacency means a boundary intersecting the subject's buffered by tolerance_m (0.5 m default) — registered boundaries rarely share an exact edge, so a strict touch finds almost nothing. Widen ring_m to look further than immediate neighbours.
A neighbour with no owner is one no registered title has been linked to, NOT one nobody owns — say which when you report it. UK only.

- A UPRN is the Unique Property Reference Number every UK address carries. Narrow the address with address_autocomplete, which is free, then address_resolve returns the UPRN for 8 credits. property_summary and address_by_postcode return UPRNs too.
- title_number
- A title number is HM Land Registry's identifier for a registered title. ownership_by_company lists the titles a company holds, and the ownership tier of property_lookup carries the title where the register is matched to the address.
