The residential market pages currently cover local authorities and postcode districts in England and Wales. London planning histories are available through the relevant planning tools; consult the planning authority for original documents, missing records and locations outside the returned coverage.

Missing records, failed requests and unenforced filters do not establish that a property is clear of constraints. Individual owners may remain unresolved. Indicative values and modelled market measures need their assumptions checked; they do not replace professional appraisal.
